Potato Buns


1 c milk
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. yeast


Put all ingredients in bread maker on dough setting.  Once completed, shape into 6 buns or 15 mini buns, put in over proofer for 45 min and let rise.  Brush with milk or egg to coat tops.

Bake at 400 degrees in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
