Manitoba Agriculture, Food and Rural Initiatives is holding Environmental Farm Plan workshops throughout the province this winter. These workshops are the first step in ensuring producers may be eligible to apply for financial assistance under the Feb 15 , 2012 intake for the Environmental Farm Action Program (EFAP). EFP Statement of Completion certificates expire after 5 years and must be valid as of February 15, 2012 in order to apply to EFAP.
